We offer Foraging Walks!
All information is current as of February 2022.
On-farm Tours: Book a tour of our farm and learn about the large amount of wild edibles available in our area and how to use them. Each tour will have some overlap but will also have unique wild foods that are seasonal and only available for a short time. Minimum of 10 people to run the tour. $10/person. We also offer a “wild green smoothie” tour for $15/person; children love being able to harvest the greens that are later turned into a delicious fruit smoothie!
Urban Foraging: We can also take you on a tour of your neighbourhood or any other spot in the city that you’re interested in knowing more about. Gather a group of 10 people minimum, let us know where you want to go, and we’ll book a time. $10/person.
Our first foraging walk of 2015 was held on Saturday May 2nd in conjunction with the Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario.

Hi, I am interested in a foraging tour. I see your next available daytime tour is September 5th. I am just one person, so I was wondering if there were other people interested for that day, that I could join. The 2-4pm time slot works best for me.
I am interested in the smoothies as well.
Thanks,
Nancy Schrade
Hi Nancy, I have changed the date for the next walk and it’s Saturday August 29th 10am-12pm. All walks will go ahead unless the weather or health prevents it, just check back with this website to make sure before heading out. You can just show up and I’ll be there ready to go, hope to see you soon 🙂
